On 10 April Ava-Rose HUTANU was baptised.
On Saturday 18 April, Lazarus Saturday, we received five people into the Orthodox Church. Two by Baptism : Lucy Watson and Melangell Bowe and three by Chrismation: Katherine Jones, John Bowe and Anna Bowe.
May God fortify them and strengthen them in the Faith and grant them Many Years!
The Feast of our church – the 318 Godbearing Fathers of the 1st Ecumenical Council of Nicaea – is on 5 June this year.
Would you like to learn how to decorate the festal icons of the church with flowers? Sister Theovouli will be running a workshop at the beginning of June ahead of our Patronal Feast to teach us how to do this in the way she has been taught in the Monastery of Chrysopigi, Crete.
